As long as you meet the eligibility requirements, our office will contact you to confirm your application, send you a contract to sign and return, and hold a space in the halls for you.

The residence halls are for single students. If your family will come to live with you while you are at Ball State, please click the back button and complete the University Apartments application instead.

Contract Information

Students receiving a tuition waiver/scholarship through ISEP, 1+2+1, IEI, or other paid scholarship will automatically receive the 21 Meal Plan as part of your room and board (meals) package. Other students may select from four meal plans. The rates below are based on a one-year contract. Semester only contracts may be available, based on your eligibility and will be adjusted accordingly (the price below does not include any additional days added before or after the contract begins or ends):
